UCT Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program — Postgraduate 2027

Full-cost support for eligible young African postgraduate applicants at UCT.

University of Cape Town Cape Town, South Africa Full-cost scholarship covering the UCT programme period, subject to annual academic and programme conditions.

Sydney International Undergraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship — 2027

Full tuition and student services fee support for a limited number of international undergraduate entrants.

University of Sydney Sydney, Australia 100% tuition fees and Student Services Amenities Fee for an eligible single undergraduate degree, up to four years. Living costs, accommodation, flights and health cover are not included.

McGill Major Entrance Scholarships — International Undergraduate 2027

Renewable merit awards for first-time full-time undergraduates with strong academics and leadership.

McGill University Montreal, Canada Major entrance awards of CAD 3,000, 5,000 or 10,000 per year may be available to international applicants and renewed subject to conditions. The CAD 12,000 award is restricted to Canadian citizens or permanent residents; these awards do not cover all costs.

Alberta President’s International Distinction Scholarship — 2027 Entry

Up to CAD 120,000 over four years for incoming international undergraduates with leadership.

University of Alberta Edmonton, Canada Up to CAD 120,000 payable over four years for selected recipients; actual amount depends on the award. The university states it does not offer full scholarships for international students.

Sydney International Student Award — 2027 Bachelor’s Entry

A 20% tuition contribution for eligible 2027 undergraduate entrants, including Nigerian citizens.

University of Sydney Sydney, Australia University contribution equal to 20% of tuition fees for the duration of an eligible full-time undergraduate coursework degree; it is not a living-cost scholarship.

Melbourne International Graduate Scholarship — 2027 Master’s Entry

20% fee remission for eligible 2027 coursework master’s entrants from listed countries, including Nigeria.

University of Melbourne Melbourne, Australia 20% tuition fee sponsorship for the duration of an eligible master’s course. It does not cover remaining tuition or living costs.

A 25% contribution toward one year of tuition for invited international master’s offer holders.

University of Auckland Auckland, New Zealand 25% of the value of one year of tuition fees; one-year tenure. It does not cover all course or living costs.

Competitive award of AUD 5,000–60,000 for commencing international coursework master’s students.
